IIUM Pages

  • Official Website – Contains official information about the university and related links.
  • IIUM Press – Unit which publishes books and academic references in IIUM. You can buy books here.
  • CENSERVE – IIUM’s Centre for University Social Resposibility. The division in-charge of conducting and facilitating social projects and humanitarian work.
  • IIUM.FM – The university’s official online radio!! Click here to tune in!

For Students

  • I-Ta’leem – The new E-learning portal for students and lecturers! A place where lecturers can share files and make announcements! More features to be discovered soon.
  • E-learning a.k.a LMS – (I-Ta’leem will replace this system very soon!) Lecturers post announcements and share files (slides, readings, past papers etc. on this platform) here.
  • MyIIUM – A portal which allows you to access your course, financial, personal information, exam results and many more.
  • CCAC Study Circle Files –  Download the things that you need to memorise for Halaqah/Study Circle here.
  • Student Resources – More useful links for students (academic-related)!
  • EXAM RESULTS – Check your final exam results here!
  • EXAM RESULTS 2 – If you cannot check via the link above, you can check your exam results here instead!

Facebook Pages

  • Academic Management and Admission Division (AMAD) – A division in IIUM which manages admission and overall academic matters. You may interact with them here, but they take a long while to respond sometimes.
  • IIUM Online – Not an official page, but the administrator shares news and happenings in IIUM.
  • IIUM Career Services – The department which provides career advice and opportunities to students and graduates.
  • IIUM Sharing Community – A page which encourages the spirit of giving! Get and give away stuff for free here!
  • IIUM Confessions – A page where students submit confessions and secrets anonymously.

Facebook Groups

  • IIUM TEXTBOOKS – Platform to buy and sell textbooks. Used books = cheaper books!
  • IIUM Open Group – A minimally-moderated (possibly, not at all) group. Majority of the posts are ads for products and events.
  • IIUM Online – Presently, the most proper and well-managed IIUM social group, in my opinion. Send your request to interact with the rest of IIUM online community. Sadly, some posts are not in English.
  • IIUM Online English – Similar to IIUM Online – an IIUM Community group – however, posts and comments are in English Language. Hence, it is international- student-friendly.
  • IIUM International Economics Students  – Group for Interational students in Kuliah of Economics. Annoyingly, there are still people posting ads!
  • IIUM Garage Sale – A group for students to buy and sell.
  • IIUM Student Online Market Place – Another page for online buy-sell activities.

Twitter

  • Official IIUM – IIUM’s official twitter accounts. Bringing you official updates and news.
  • CENSERVE IIUM – Centre for University Social Responsibility IIUM (CENSERVE) is a centre for any community engagement programme and project.
  • IIUM Bikers – Tweet regarding motorcycles. Most of the time in Bahasa Malaysia.
  • IIUM Online – Not IIUM’s official account.
  • IIUM Events – Tweets on events happening in IIUM.
  • IIUM Offline – The description of this twitter accounts states, “Because one twitter account for IIUM is just not enough.”
  • IIUM Career Services – Officially managed by the department.
  • IIUM Daily – Twitter account of an online tabloid.
  • IIUM English Debate Club – The club’s official twitter.
  • IIUM Theatre Club – IIUM Theatre Club’s official twitter.
  • Mahallah As-Siddiq – Mahallah Updates
  • Mahallah Ali – Mahallah Updates
  • Mahallah Bilal – Mahallah Updates
  • SRC IIUM – Student Representative Council. Majority of the tweets seem to be in Bahasa Malaysia.
  • #UIABest – Twitter Community for IIUM students. Almost all tweets are in Bahasa Malaysia.
